The latest Traditional Chinese language packs have been released by Joomla! Taiwan. These packs are updates to support recently released Joomla! 1.5.11. According to Joomla! Taiwan, there are only three files changed since last version. Two separate language packs are provided, one for front end and the other for back end. You can find them at the home page of Joomla!
